Course Information

This course is for Real Estate Sales Associates who have completed the 45-hour Post License class, and are interested in obtaining a Broker License. Your license status must be active for at least six months before participating in this course and must be actively licensed for one year before attempting the State Exam. This course provides how-to information on running a Real Estate Brokerage business, valuing real property, and listing and selling real property. Investments, property management, zoning and environmental concerns are also covered in detail.
